POTATOES HASSELBACK


Ingredients:
potatoes, as you want
1 spoon of olive oil
pepper and salt
Recepe:
We put the oven on 200ºC
We wash the potatoes
We have to cut with form of acordeon
When we cut, tou add salt and pepper, as you want
We put in the oven until 45 minutes
And we have the potatoes hasselback!!!!
